Hi, I'm new to sculpting (still working on my first one) and one of my planned sculptures (after lots of practice) is my bearded dragon. Anyway, his back has that pebbly texture, any chance you can tell me how you managed it? It's simply amazing.
I've been following your work on eBay for a long time, and I agree with SevenWillow--is there anything you DON'T do well?
But please, can you fill us in on your technique here? Are the back scales sanded and buffed, or is it a glaze that makes them so shiny? And if they are sanded, did you do that before you set them in, or after?
