Just another miniature furry critter...
I sculpted this baby raccoon with artist grade polymer clay and then used several recycled furs to bring him to life. I'm not quite finished with this piece, because he still needs another place to hang out....although my daughter told me she'd be glad to let him stay on her finger as long as he wants. He looks pretty cute laying on his back too, but I'm creating a shadowbox with a branch for the little guy to hang from.

Oh Myyyy Gód!!!

You're amazing!
Must fav+ this!
This is really an amazing piece. I know raccoons very well, and this is an incredibly realistic piece. If I could afford it, I;d buy one from you for my husband's sister in law...she has a small collection of raccoon photos, a piece by me, and a few knick-knacks. This would set her giggling. I really admire artists who aren't lazy in detailing very tiny pieces.

What brand of polymer clay did you use?
