I did this miniature illustrative piece, of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, for the Magnum Opus Show. It's held in NYC, every February, around the same time as Toy Fair. I won't be able to make it this year, but if you get a chance to attend, it's filled with incredible one of a kind works from artists all over the world.
This is younger than I ever pictured Goldilocks- makes you want to slap her parents for letting her wander around! But she's darling, and the age would make better sense of her selfish, curious choices in the story. I love the bears; I still want to know how you do furring or at least what glue you use...and one thing I really love is how they're really anthropomorphosized, but with hints of wildness like the moss carpet and the tangled wood bed.
I just love this one! I really like the fact that you portray her in a younger age! She is just sweet as can be!
Can you send me some information on that particular show you were talking about in the Artists Comments? I am interested in maybe participating too. Thanks!

We want to know what love means to you!
Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant.
