I did this fairy sculpture for Halloween 2006. She was inspired by the illustration style of one of my favorite artists, Tim Burton. The poor little thing is blind....I found her tattered and beat up, scrounging leftovers from the neglected cobwebs in my house.

I love more and more as I continue looking at her!

I love her wings, the detail in them and the traditional stripes of Tim Burton (I don't know if that was intentional or not, but still)
