I took some time the last couple of months to work with my daughter and one of her friends who wanted to learn to sculpt, so that has slowed my pace quite a bit, but I'm really happy to have them around...and delighted that my daughter has actually finished something. She vowed never to touch polymer a few years ago....*wink*
Anyway, I will be immersing myself in a piece that I've started for my favorite fantasy illustrator, Tony DiTerlizzi next, and I'm both anxious and excited...more so than I have been about any work so far. After that I may be taking on a project for a zoo...which is really intriguing. Hopefully, I'll be able to squeeze in some time for some side projects while I'm working on these...so I'll have something to offer again soon.

soooo life like. I can imagine them coming to life, soooo expresive. how on earth do you do the fur?

Soy un loco, un iluso; soy un tonto y un necio. Puedo ser luz y oscuridad... pero solo quiero ser de ella.
About how long does it take you to finish a piece? Would you post some work-in-progress shots?

One Deviant's scrap is another Deviant's fave. ^_^
Do you bake the polymer clay and then paint them? What type of paint do you use?
